Using Banana
Terms of use
These terms explain what you can expect from Banana and what we ask of you when you use the workspace. Please read them before creating an account or using its tools.

The service
Banana is an AI workspace for conversations, projects, quizzes, research, images, video, and files. Features may use different models or providers, and their availability can change with capacity, provider status, or technical limits. The model label shown in a conversation identifies the model used for that answer when the provider reports it. A feature described in the interface does not promise a particular speed, output quality, or uninterrupted availability.
Some tools create results entirely on Banana's server, while others send your request to a connected AI or search provider. The interface shows when a tool is temporarily unavailable. We may improve, replace, limit, or discontinue a feature to maintain the service or address misuse.
Your account and workspace
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity under your account. Use an email address you can access so you can confirm your account and recover your password. Do not share a magic link or password reset link with anyone. If you choose Remember me, your browser keeps the sign-in across visits on that device; otherwise it is kept for the browser session.
Chats, project briefs, saved files, and generated media may be stored with your account and in a browser recovery copy. Save or export anything you cannot afford to lose. You can rename or delete individual workspace items using Banana's controls, and you can sign out from Settings. When you create a shared copy of a chat, anyone who joins through its invite can read and reply in that copy. The owner may remove a collaborator, ending future access; earlier copies or screenshots made by that person cannot be recalled.
Your content and acceptable use
You remain responsible for the prompts, files, images, and other material you provide. Please submit only material you have a right to use and avoid sharing confidential or sensitive information unless you are comfortable with the processing described in our Privacy policy. You may use output from Banana subject to applicable law and any rights held by others; generated output may resemble material created for other people and may require your own review before publication.
Do not use Banana to break the law, invade someone's privacy, exploit children, impersonate others deceptively, distribute malware, or interfere with the service. Do not try to bypass access controls, usage limits, or another person's private workspace. We may restrict activity that threatens the service or other users.
AI output and outside information
AI answers, quiz explanations, generated files, and search summaries can contain errors. Check important facts, citations, calculations, code, and file contents before relying on them. Banana does not replace qualified advice for medical, legal, financial, or other high impact decisions. Links to outside sites are provided for convenience; those sites have their own content and practices.
If a result is incomplete or unsuitable, you can revise the prompt, choose another available model, or stop a response. You decide whether to use, share, or act on an output.
Limits, changes, and your rights
Free image use may have daily limits, while Pro access, when offered, is tied to a valid browser token and its stated duration. Banana may need maintenance or experience outages. We do not guarantee that every request will succeed or that browser storage will always remain available. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or guarantees that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
We may update these terms as the product changes. The date above will change when we publish a revision. Continued use after a revision means you accept the updated terms, except where law requires a different process. If you disagree, stop using Banana and export any material you need. For information about personal information and browser storage, read the linked policies below.
